This special edition t-shirt is particular to Mr. Caros’ current trials and health condition.   While the challenges are grave, he has a positive outlook rooted in his faith. The front of the shirt emphasizes the family we have at Founders Classical Academy. The symbol on the back is special to him—it includes Greek words on top and below a cross that says “Jesus Christ Conquers,” and the quote comes from an ancient Christian teacher and luminary named Irenaeus, a second century bishop. The quote is a part of a motto Mr. Caros shared with the faculty and staff in May when he told them about his cancer diagnosis. The idea behind it is that no matter the result of his trials and treatments, his ultimate goal is to live a fully human life, to live as God has made him to live – to glorify God.

It is made available to Founders families who wish to show support for him in this time of need.
