One Inch Square Vinyl Stickers – Custom

Standard White Vinyl Stickers

What are standard white vinyl stickers?

Our everyday full-color stickers are printed on opaque white vinyl, so colors and fine details stand out without the surface underneath showing through. They are a versatile choice for branding, handouts, packaging, laptops, hard hats, and many outdoor uses.

Are these stickers waterproof and outdoor safe?

Yes. Our standard laminated vinyl stickers are waterproof and designed for outdoor exposure. Many standard white vinyl products are described as rated for 4+ years outdoors under suitable conditions. Actual service life varies with sunlight, surface, abrasion, and environment.

Can I choose any shape?

Yes. Order popular circles, squares, rectangles, or ovals, or choose custom-shape die-cut vinyl stickers for an outline that follows your design.

Do I need to provide a cut line?

No. Upload your artwork and tell us the shape you want. Our team can prepare a cut line and, when a proof is requested, show the proposed cut before printing.

What if I want a transparent background?

Choose clear vinyl stickers instead. Standard white vinyl is opaque.

Clear Vinyl Stickers

What is the difference between clear and white vinyl?

Clear vinyl lets the glass, bottle, or other surface show through transparent parts of your artwork. White vinyl has an opaque white background.

What is a white underbase?

A white underbase is a layer of white ink printed beneath selected colors to make them more opaque and vibrant on clear film. Without it, printed colors can appear translucent, particularly on dark or colored surfaces.

Will white parts of my design print white automatically?

Not necessarily. On clear vinyl, white areas may remain transparent unless you select or request white ink. Specify which parts should print opaque white.

Does matte clear vinyl look different?

Yes. Matte laminate can create a lightly frosted appearance over clear areas, whereas gloss tends to preserve a clearer, shinier look.

Where can I order clear stickers?

Use our transparent clear vinyl stickers product page and choose the color/white-underbase option that best fits your artwork.

Spot Gloss & Simulated Embossed Stickers

What are spot gloss stickers?

Spot gloss adds shiny coating only to selected parts of a printed design, such as a logo, lettering, or pattern, creating contrast with surrounding areas.

What is simulated embossing?

Our raised spot-gloss option builds additional layers of coating for a noticeable textured or raised look. It is a simulated embossed effect—not traditional mechanical embossing with a metal die.

Is regular spot gloss the same as raised gloss?

No. Standard spot gloss emphasizes shine in chosen areas; raised spot gloss adds greater buildup and a more tactile effect.

Do I need special artwork?

For raised effects, a separate vector spot-gloss mask is preferred. Mark the areas for coating in solid 100% black (K) and provide it with the regular print art. If you are unsure, send us your files for review before ordering.

Holographic Vinyl Stickers

How do holographic vinyl stickers work?

The specialty film creates shifting rainbow or prismatic reflections. Where ink is printed, the effect may be reduced; areas left unprinted allow more of the holographic effect to show.

Can I control where the rainbow effect appears?

Yes. Artwork and optional white ink can help create contrast between reflective areas and more opaque, full-color portions. Tell us which parts should shimmer.

What are clear holographic stickers?

Clear holographic materials combine a see-through quality with special reflective effects. Availability and white-ink setup can vary, so use our custom sticker request for a tailored project.

What is broken glass holographic?

It uses a faceted, shattered-glass-style reflective pattern instead of a more uniform rainbow look. See our broken glass holographic stickers.

Are holographic stickers as durable as standard white vinyl?

Not generally. Our holographic product descriptions note approximately 6+ months of outdoor durability and that the material is less versatile outdoors than standard white vinyl. Choose standard white vinyl for longer-term outdoor applications.

How do I order the traditional rainbow holographic look?

See custom holographic vinyl stickers.

Front Adhesive Stickers (Inside Window Stickers)

What does front adhesive mean?

The adhesive is on the front, or viewing side, of the printed sticker. This allows it to attach to the inside of glass while the graphic faces outward.

Are front adhesive stickers good for inside windows?

Yes. They can be used for storefront notices, permits, memberships, and other graphics intended to be read from outside while protected behind glass.

Will my artwork be printed backward?

We arrange the artwork for outward viewing through glass. Let us know how the sticker will be installed so we can confirm the correct orientation and layers.

Can I order numbered parking permits with front adhesive?

Yes, this is a common use case. Our custom parking permit stickers include front- and back-adhesive options.

Where can I see the product?

Visit front adhesive stickers.

Variable Data Stickers (Unique & Sequential Numbering)

What is variable-data printing?

Variable data means that one part of the design changes from sticker to sticker, while the rest stays the same. Examples include sequential numbers, permit IDs, employee names, or unique codes.

Can every parking sticker have a different number?

Yes. You can request a numbered series such as 001–250 or another numbering scheme. See custom parking permit stickers.

Can part of the number stay the same?

Yes. For example, stickers can share a prefix and vary only the final digits. Describe your numbering format in the order notes.

Can I supply a spreadsheet of names, numbers, or codes?

Yes. A clean list with one record per sticker is a useful starting point. Send your file with your custom order request so we can confirm formatting and pricing.

Can I have QR codes or unique barcodes?

Ask us about variable QR codes or barcodes. We can review the data, required size, and scannability before confirming production.

Sticker Finishes & Lamination

What is the difference between gloss and matte laminate?

Gloss is shinier and makes colors appear bold. Matte has lower glare and a smoother, softer visual appearance. Both are popular options for printed vinyl stickers.

Does lamination protect my stickers?

Yes. Overlamination adds a protective layer that generally improves scratch/scuff and UV resistance. It does not make every specialty material equally durable or guarantee a particular lifespan.

Which finish is better for stickers that will be written on?

Matte is typically easier to write on than gloss, but pen and marker compatibility varies. Request a sample or test with your intended writing tool.

Which finish should I use outdoors?

Both gloss and matte laminated standard white vinyl can work outdoors. Choose based on appearance; exposure and base material have a greater effect on service life.

Can I combine matte with selective glossy details?

For targeted shine or texture, explore spot gloss stickers.

Sticker Cutting & Backing Options

What is a die-cut sticker?

A die-cut sticker is cut to the outline of the finished design. Depending on the product and backing choice, the liner can follow that shape too.

What is a kiss-cut sticker?

A kiss cut cuts through the sticker material while leaving the backing liner intact. The sticker peels from its liner, which can make handling easier.

What is square backing paper?

A custom-shaped sticker can sit on a larger square or rectangular liner. It is convenient for peeling and handing out.

Can my stickers come on sheets?

Some designs can be supplied together on sheets. Tell us your preferred layout, quantity per sheet, and application process in a custom request.

What about labels on a roll?

For faster repetitive application to packages, bottles, or jars, consider BOPP roll labels.

Roll Labels vs. Individual Stickers

When should I choose individually cut stickers?

Individual stickers are ideal for giveaways, retail merchandise, inserts, promotional handouts, and orders where each sticker is handled separately.

When are roll labels better?

Roll labels are well suited for product packaging, bottles, jars, cosmetics, candles, and frequent label application. They are typically easier to dispense repeatedly.

What is BOPP?

BOPP is a durable plastic-film label material. Our full-color BOPP roll labels are waterproof and available in gloss or matte finishes.

Can roll labels be circles, rectangles, squares, or ovals?

Yes. Our BOPP roll-label product offers these popular shapes and multiple sizes.

Is paper always a better low-cost option?

Not necessarily. Paper can suit some dry indoor applications, but waterproof BOPP is a strong choice when labels may get wet or face frequent handling. Ask us to quote the right construction.

Artwork, File Setup & Proofing

What file types can I upload?

Common accepted artwork formats on our sticker product pages include PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPEG, and PSD. Vector artwork is preferred for clean logos and lettering.

What resolution should my artwork be?

Use a high-resolution file at its intended print size. As a guideline, 300 PPI at final size is helpful for raster art, while vector art stays sharp when scaled.

Do I need to convert text to outlines?

If submitting editable vector files, outlining fonts or providing the fonts helps prevent substitutions. Keep an editable original for your records.

Will you review my artwork?

We review submitted files and may flag obvious concerns. If you request an email proof, you can check the layout and cut line before production.

Is an email proof always required?

No. Some configurations allow you to request a proof or skip it for print-ready/repeat artwork. Production timing may depend on whether proof approval is needed.

What if my design needs changes?

Describe your revisions in the notes or send a custom order/quote request. Design work may require a separate quote.

Production Times & Rush Services

How long does standard production take?

Many standard sticker products list an approximate 3–6 business day production window, while some have different schedules. The product configurator and your confirmed order are the best sources for your specific turnaround.

Can I order rush production?

Yes, rush options may be available, depending on material, quantity, workload, and artwork readiness. Check the product’s turnaround selections or contact us before placing a deadline-sensitive order.

Does the turnaround start when I submit the order?

Timing can depend on payment, usable artwork, and proof approval. When a proof is requested, delays in approval can change the production schedule.

Does rush production include overnight shipping?

No. Production speed and shipping transit are separate. If you have an in-hand deadline, request both a production estimate and a delivery method.

What if I need stickers immediately?

Call or text 817-984-4293 during business hours, or send a rush request with your needed date, quantity, and artwork. We’ll confirm whether it’s feasible.

Single-Color Transfer Decals

What are transfer decals?

Transfer decals are cut lettering, logos, or shapes made from single-color vinyl rather than a full-color printed sticker. Transfer tape helps position the separate pieces as one design during installation.

When should I choose a transfer decal instead of a printed sticker?

Transfer decals are useful when you want lettering or a one-color graphic without a printed background, such as on windows, vehicles, or smooth signs. If your artwork uses photographs, gradients, or multiple printed colors, consider our standard full-color vinyl stickers instead.

Can my decal include separate letters and small shapes?

Yes, provided the design is suitable for cutting and application. Very tiny details may require adjustment. Send us your artwork if you are unsure.

How do I apply a transfer decal?

Clean and dry the surface, position the design, press firmly with a squeegee, then peel away the transfer tape carefully so the vinyl remains on the surface. Follow any application guidance supplied with your order.

Where can I order transfer decals?

View our single-color transfer decals product page for available options.

Full-Color Paper Stickers

What are full-color paper stickers?

These are a cost-effective option for full-color promotional and indoor applications where waterproof vinyl is not needed.

Are paper stickers waterproof?

No. Our full-color paper stickers are not waterproof. For stickers exposed to water, moisture, or outdoor weather, consider our laminated vinyl sticker options instead.

What finish is available?

Our full-color paper stickers are offered in gloss only. Matte is not currently an option for this product.

What is crack-and-peel backing?

The backing has a split or scored liner that makes it easier to bend and peel the sticker from the paper backing.

Can I order different sizes?

Choose from the sizes currently listed on the product page. We may add more sizes later; contact us if you need a size not yet shown.

When would waterproof vinyl be a better choice?

Choose vinyl for water bottles, equipment, outdoor promotions, and other applications where moisture resistance or longer outdoor durability matters.

Where can I order paper stickers?

See our full-color paper stickers for current sizes and pricing.
